Job Opening: Customer Service Representative Manager / Associate
We are recruiting a talented individual who will collaborate with other teams such as Marketing and E-commerce to preserve the company and brand values while maintaining customer satisfaction!

Key Skills We're Looking For:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* basic computer and business software proficiency
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Strong problem-solving and stress management abilities
* English (Professional), Korean (Communicative)

Responsibilities:
* Professionally and effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
* Provide detailed information about products and services
* Process orders and track deliveries
* Efforts toward issue resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications (Not required)
* Previous CSR experience is a plus
* Experience using languages other than English and Korean is a plus
