1. Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Analysis of historical financials

• Variance explanations

• An updated forecast with risks and opportunities to current plan

• Data entry using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).

• Market research: Determining the size of a given market, leaders, laggers and potential opportunities in which the organization may have a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• QuickBooks 

• Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.)

• Bilingual (English/Korean)

• Bilingual in Korean preferred.

Salary Range: 55K ~65K

2.  SCM Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze supply chain/operation data and recommend on improvements of processes and procedures

• Coordinate and support with needs for the SCM task force and assist operation as needed

• WMS-SAP daily data EDI/Input/Output/Inventory/ Adjustment

• Ensure implementation of SCM plans by efficiently working with operations and cross-functional departments

• Responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing SOPs to optimize SCM procedures and processes

• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify issues and recommend improvements

• Assist on E-Commerce operation and intermediary trade

• Support with other SCM related projects as requested by part manager/division manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Economics, Data Science or related field preferred

• 0~5 years of relevant work experience in SCM or strategic planning (Entry Level Available)

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Korean and English

• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong logical understanding or experience of SAP, WMS

• Reporting to supervisor on time and meet the deadline for his/her task

• Good interpersonal, organizational and self time management skills

Salary Range: 50K~65K  

3.  A/R Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating payment arrangements

• Recording and reconciling payments

• Resolving payment discrepancies

• Maintaining billing accounts and records

• Producing reports as required by management

• Assisting with payment collections

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Post adjusting Journal Entries

Requirement:

• 1~2 years’ experience in Accounting Receivable

• High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.

• Should be organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required.

• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

• Experience with Canada or South America accounting work is a plus

• Experience with Amazon E-Commerce accounting work is  plus

 4. Product Specialist​

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and meet business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, RA & QC, and SCM to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.

• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market feedback and business goals.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and documentation.

• Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed decisions on product portfolio optimization.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product offerings.

• Work closely with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure product quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product development processes.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2~3 years of work experience in related fields.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the food or consumer goods industry with

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across different teams.

• Passion for food products and understanding of consumer preferences.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to food products is advantageous.

• Bilingual in Korean is preferred.

5. PR & Communication Specialist​

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote and elevate the brand image of Samyang America.

• Create engaging and compelling content for press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships.

• Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and product launches to generate positive media coverage.

• Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust communication strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

• Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including social media, blogs, and website updates.

• Maintain and update the brand website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with agencies to manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.

• Work closely with agencies to develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR and communication campaigns on the website and social media channels.

• Manage crisis communications and address any negative publicity promptly and effectively.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience as a PR & Communication Manager, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.

• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to storytelling.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.

• Crisis management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in PR and communication.

• At least 2~3 years of work experience in related fields.
