SDA seeks Customer Service & Data Entry Accountant.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / Customer Service

- Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory that includes pre-existing customer base. 

- Use our catalog with many items to sell product solutions to large and small companies. 

- Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships. 

- Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions. 

- Deliver exceptional customer service. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / Data Entry Accountant.

- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database

- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet

- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS  

- Ability to identify, qualify and close accounts. 

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must. 

- Bi-lingual in English/Korean is highly preferred.
