1. NET Full Stack Developer / Web Designer

Responsibilities For Web Developer:

  • Provide maintenance for current ASP.NET web sites.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Integration of the frontend and backend aspects of the web applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE FOR WEB DEVELOPER (all criteria must be met to be considered):
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in Advanced C#
  • ​3+ years demonstrated experience in ASP.NETMVC 4/5+

2. Loan Servicing Specialist
Servicing Department

Job Description:

 
 The Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for all duties related to the loan purchase and transfer and provides support to all assigned areas of the department where service or assistance is needed; acts as backup for various loan servicing department positions
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • ​​Responsible for loan boarding, maintaining loan database, and updating our system of record for loan modifications and assumptions
  • ​​Answer questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payments, reserve accounts, taxes, insurance and analyze customer issues and recommend solutions.
  • ​​Process escrow disbursements, analyze and maintain proper escrow levels, and assist with compiling data for audit requests
  • ​​Respond to borrower correspondence via fax, email, and mail.
  • ​​Troubleshoot issues with borrower accounts and resolving consumer complaints and disputes.
  • ​​Perform Insurance and Flood tracking and all aspects of handling processing for Insurance and flood processing.
  • ​​Work closely with the post funding team to ensure that all loans meet investor requirements
  • ​​Assist in application of payments to their respective loans
 
Job Requirements:
 ​​Knowledge of basic accounting principles

3. HR Specialist
HR Department

Job Description: 
As an HR Specialist, you will provide technical and administrative support to the HR Team/Managers by accurately maintaining employee data/record/information, owning administration of employment orientation, compensation/benefits, supporting execution of cyclical processes, payroll and owning all required record keeping. To successfully complete this work, you will be required to interact with our team members at varying levels within the organization, as well as our stakeholders externally.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist HR Manager with organizing all personnel files and recordkeeping as needed for staff management and 
     as required for compliance
  • Responsible for overseeing and participating in the timely and accurate reporting and processing of 
     semi-monthly payroll for multiple locations in the U.S. and South Korea
  • Manage employee timecard/PTO usage/compensation & benefits/confidential information in a timely manner
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Coordinate for on/off-boarding process such as running background checks, coordinating orientation, obtaining 
     new hire paperwork, ensuring policies are acknowledged
  • Assist for full-cycle recruitment from hiring process to exit process
  • Oversee data entry in HR information system (ADP WorkforceNow) and utilize Excel for employee 
     data/record keeping

4. Post Funder
Financial Analyst/Lock Desk Specialist
Full-time
Job Description: 
To perform a final review of all the loan documents to ensure all terms of the loan are met and underwriting conditions have been satisfied by the time the loan gets committed to insure the delivery and purchase of the loan in a timely manner.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create collateral file from closing document package to ship to investor and make sure it is added to the 
     correct shipping request warehouse as soon as the loan gets committed.
  • Daily go through your pipeline to see if any conditions have been added or if you have received a suspense 
     purchase approval and work on those conditions’ priority. I work on the loans that the commitment will expire 
     shortly priority.
  • Stack the loan package as investor’s desired order and review thoroughly all the documents for any discrepancies. 
     If any should arise you can either fix it yourself or if you have no control e- mail the correct party for any 
     discrepancies and/or documents needed. If everything is documented correctly and no discrepancies arise from 
     your review you can submit to investor if the loan has been committed.
  • Review final ALTA to Closing Disclosure and issue a Post Consummation Closing Disclosure if necessary.
  • ​For FHA loans make sure they are insured within 5-10 days they are committed. We self-insure these loans 
     through FHA connection, no further action is needed.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of finance, Economics or Marketing.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office- with advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and a self-starter.
  • Customer service experience with handling complex transactions across multiple systems.

5. Appraisal Coordinator

Job Description: 
The Appraisal Department is responsible for managing appraisal documents, including but not limited to receiving and uploading.  An appraisal coordinator is an essential position in the mortgage industry, as appraisal reports and appraisal-related documents are required for most of the files regardless of the program types. On the surface, it may seem that an appraisal coordinator’s responsibility is simply to manage appraisal documents, but at its core, an appraisal coordinator will not only enhance analytical/ critical thinking skills through dealing with clients and reports, but also will be able to absorb a broader spectrum of the whole mortgage industry. 
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures the appraisal documents delivery on time. 
  • Receives and uploads appraisal documents. 
  • Facilitates the appraisal process through active conversation with clients.
  • Manage appraisers' orders
  • Receive and upload files to the company’s internal system

  • Reviews files for deficiencies and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures.

7. Staff Accountant
Accounting Department

Job Description: 
The Accounting Department is responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of a company’s reports and statements. A staff accountant will usually report to the senior accountant or chief financial officer.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Analyze budgets and create expense reports
  • Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
  • Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues

As a mortgage account executive your main job is to develop and manage national or regional sales activities of mortgage broker networks or third party channels. They have a general knowledge of all loan products and guidelines because they provide advice and assistance to approved brokers.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing pipeline reports to effectively manage loans and prioritize daily workflow
  • Ensure loans move through the process
  • Working with mortgage brokers to address issues, enhance the relationship, and provide outstanding 
     customer service and support
  • Reviewing loan files prior to submitting to underwriting
  • Ordering loan documents when Underwriting issues approval/clear to close
 
Required Skills/Abilities:
