PK Retail Premium grocery market 사업을 진행하기 위해서 미국 현지에 설립된 법인으로 5 개 마켓 브랜드(총 50개 매장)를 인수하여 미국현지 유통시장 진출에 박차를 가하고 있습니다.

National Account Sales Assistant (신입/경력 3~5년)

Emart America Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Sales representative to join our team. Emart acts as an outpost for Shinsegae Group, the largest resourcing company in South Korea. Emart is a leader in lifestyle and the longest-running global resourcing company in Korea. Emart conducts direct business with vendors in order to supply goods to our stores in Korea. With a myriad of different channels, Emart offers a variety of popular brands and products for everyday and special occasions.

Position Summary

The National Account Sales Assistant is responsible for growing assigned channels and accounts through maintenance and growth of existing customers and assisting the establishment of new customers. This role will focus on assisting the development of a variety of channels including; national retail, specialty retail, and regional supermarkets. Responsibilities include business planning, selling activities related to creating long-term valued business partnerships with customers, and achieving mutually beneficial sales agreements through understanding the customer’s business.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-​ Build and maintain monthly forecasts by a customer by item, including promotional and non-promotional volume plans.

-​ ​Provide input for promotional programs that seek to maximize the likelihood of buyer acceptance.

- ​Participate in sales meetings and periodic field market visits to gain knowledge on the competitive products.

- ​Closely align with Operations on demand and new business opportunities to maximize production efficiency.

- ​​Build and maintain relationships with buyers and managers within assigned accounts.

- ​​Meeting with customers and communicate product features and benefits..

- ​​Present new items, business recommendations, and strategies to all accounts within the assigned territory.

​Generate sales among defined categories of customers, multi-unit food and CPG retailers especially supermarkets, food distributors, specialty retail, and convenience channel.

​Manage current key accounts and generate new leads and interest in supplemental products from the existing product ​portfolio to achieve appropriate levels of account penetration.

- ​Conduct pre and post analyses on sales activities, including promotional and non-promotional sales.

- ​Use insights from data and work with customers to develop and implement plans that drive profitable and predictable sales results.

Assist in managing supply chain by working closely with factory production team and operations team.

- ​Analyze sales and profit data to proactively manage the business and identify growth opportunities.

Skills / Qualifications

-​ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

-​ Min. 1+ years’ experience in Sales (food experience preferred)

-​ ​​In-depth understanding of the key accounts.

-​ ​​Solid business and financial acumen including P&L management

-​ ​Ability to plan, assess and implement change

-​ A “self-starter” who is self-motivated and self-directed

-​ Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills

Responsible for performing the general affair’s functions for HR & General Administration Department including following responsibilities and duties.
 
 
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Must have 1 or more years of experience in Human Resource & Office Administration
- Management, organizational and Communication Skills to work efficiently 
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thorough knowledge of labor laws
 
 
Key Skills:

Job Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Organize and maintain personnel records like vacation, sick, and personal time for employees
- Maintain timecard records and provide payroll information

- Set up and organize for weekly and monthly meeting 
- Manage company insurance and renew every year
- Support HR manager by Job posting, screening resumes, and schedule interviews for applicants
- Generate and administer documents based on given frameworks and participation guidelines 
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries 
   and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat/instant messaging 
- Planning for corporate events, computer setting, security system, monthly supplies, and property 
   management, schedule and prepare company meetings. 
- General Management of Vendor liaison actions, contract management, client reception, and etc.

 

 

Food/Life & Fashion Buyer (신입)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

E-Mart America Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Souring Merchandiser to join our team. Emart acts as an outpost for Shinsegae Group, the largest resourcing company in South Korea. Emart is a leader in lifestyle and the longest-running global resourcing company in Korea. Emart conducts direct business with vendors in order to supply goods to our stores in Korea. With a myriad of different channels, Emart offers a variety of popular brands and products for everyday and special occasions. 

 

The Sourcing Merchandiser is responsible for sourcing and procuring products that delivers the best value in price and quality, establish and oversee the production functions of vendors, and develop new supply chains for new trends and buying programs. 

 

 

Qualifications:

- Retail merchandising/buying experience, or comparable merchandising and inventory planning experience 

  preferred (Grocery Food channel experience plus) 

- Bachelor’s Degree is required (Sourcing or purchasing related major preferred)

- Must have your own transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written); Effective negotiation skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

- An advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook  

- Bilingual (fluent in both Korean and English preferred)

- Understands inventory planning, forecasting techniques and operational systems 

  (for seasonal products and commodities) 

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with advanced analytical and problem solving-skills

- Flexible to travel domestically and internationally

Job Duties/Responsibilities include:

1. Buying Management

- Manages purchase orders and inventory; maintains close coordination with vendors to ensure timely execution 

  and coordination of sourcing activities 

- Secures and analyzes quotations, negotiates prices and terms with vendors, and communicates with them 

  regarding company’s requirements for cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness

- Resolves quality issues with vendors to maintain stability

- Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, maintain quality order status, and track shipment

- Responsible for leading all buyer trips regarding their category and region for each customer

- Performs any other duties delegated from time to time in order to maintain a high level of efficiency within 

   the department

- Ensure compliance of global and corporate application standards 

- Familiar with KFDA requirements and regulations  

 

2. Brand/Vendor Management

- Studies market prices and current trends, product developments, and manufacturing method improvements 

  applicable to assigned product lines

- Visit/Find suppliers’ facilities to qualify them as new sources and introduce new products for development 

  (production, design, quality, and deliver)

- Travel as needed to current contract manufacturers/vendors to monitor production and look to expand 

  current business

- Responsible for complete management of their category and territory relationships with suppliers

- Perform extensive research to find quality products and continuously develops sourcing and procurement 

  strategies and execute goals

- Attend food conferences/trade shows to network with different vendors and manufacturers 

- Ensure forecasts and purchase orders are effectively communicated to suppliers 

- Establish regular reports to review past performance and align future forecasts
