Production Assembler, Accounting Manager, Irvine

Quality Control Inspector – Entry level

 

 

Responsibilities:

​ Maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.

​ Inspect returned material, inputting inspection results into quality records.

 

Job Duties:

​ Approves incoming materials by confirming products against specifications; conducting visual inspection and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

 Approves in-process production by confirming products against specifications; conducting visual inspection and measurement tests; communicating with supervisor.

 Approves finished products by confirming products against specifications; conducting visual inspection and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

​ Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality records.

 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with applicable regulations.

​ Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Possess verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

​ Ability to work efficiently unsupervised at times.

 Ability to carry out assignments to completion, within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

 

• High school diploma or GED required.
 
Assistant Bonding Manager 
 
Responsibilities:
 
​ Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of products.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Bonding development (testing, samples, methods)
• Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
• Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
• May prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.

Job Descriptions:
This position will be responsible for all accounting department activities and office administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling all office administrative tasks and accounting needs. The responsibilities of this position include;
 
 ​ Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts 
 ​ Monthly Reconciliation of Inventory Accounts
 ​ Manage the day to day accounting including general ledger maintenance and oversight
 ​ Preparation of sales and use tax returns
 ​ Monitoring inventory receipts and adjustments
 ​ Investigate & research inventory discrepancies
 ​ Oversee A/P & A/R
 ​ Supervisory duties of accounting staff including hiring, discipline, and periodic reviews
 ​ Assist the CFO with annual CPA audit and Bank audit
 ​ Maintain all organization insurance coverages and annual 1099 reporting
 ​ Assist the CFO as needed
 
Qualifications:
 ​ Bachelor’s degree in accounting
 ​ Strong ERP experience, Epicor, highly preferred
 ​ Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

Requirements:

 ​ Fluent in English and Korean

 ​ Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc)

 ​ Epicor experience preferred but not required
