  1.   Accounting

Status:  Full Time Employee (Entry Level Positions)

Job Location:  Mid-Wilshire Area, Los Angeles, CA

Job Duties:

  • Review, verify and enter invoices

  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments

  • Process employees expense reimbursement

  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests, and inquiries as needed

  • Reconcile bank accounts

  • Perform account reconciliation for credit card transactions

  • Other AP/AR related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Korean) required

  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship (We do not sponsor employment visas) 

  • Flexibility with Travel requirements (No limit on taking a domestic/international flights in/outside of US).

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

  • Perform human Resources related tasks

  • Generate memos, email, and reports when appropriate

  • Answer incoming calls for our executive officer and assume other secretarial duties when needed

  • Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies

  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

  • Manage and maintain various types of company asset, including copy machines and fax machines.  

  • General bookkeeping

  • Record payroll data in our software system and verity all amounts prior to reporting to management

  • Be available to serve in backup capacity for other Administrative Functions

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (English/Korean)

  1. Customer Relations

  • Respond to customer inquiries in emails (Complaint/Compliment/Suggestion) 

  • Manage customer service quality for U.S. branches and headquarters

  • Assist the needs of the elite membership holders (premium service)

  1. Tariff

  • Monitor and analyze GDS and internet fares

  • Fare filing through ATPCO 

  • Fare table/rule (category) update/monitoring OAL fuel surcharge routing

  1. Revenue Management

  • Departure check: Guide flights arrival & departure (LAX, SFO, SEA, HNL)

(double checking customers’ reservation)

  • Guide Non-operating flights (West Coast)

  • Guide flights departing from U.S. / Schedule change/ Flight change

  1. Ticketing

  • Issue tickets and provide quotes/fares to travel agencies and customers

  • Support travel agencies with regards to all inquiries on tickets, including ticket refunds

Job Duties:

● Provide passenger service to both arriving and departing passengers.
