1. E-commerce Marketing Manager (경력6년+, 1명)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage e-commerce marketing team in Los Angeles office and collaborate with other teams in different locations

- Plan and execute all e-commerce marketing campaign including web, SEM, paid, email, social media, and display advertising, etc.

- Measure, analyze, and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with various agencies and partners

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Identify growth opportunity and discuss with the management about execution plan

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing or related field required

- 6+ years of proven professional work experience – we do not count freelance / contract experience

- Must have thorough knowledge and experience in all aspects of e-commerce marketing and DTC brands

- At least 2 years of experience in successfully leading a team of three or more in marketing and creative members

- Full spectrum of marketing technology stack

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Exceptional communication and writing skill in English; Fluency in Korean is preferred but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the USA

2. E-commerce Marketing Specialist (신입-경력3년미만, 2명)

Responsibilities:

- Web page & product page creation, monitoring, and revision on Shopify, Amazon, and other online platforms

- Shoot and edit photos and videos to build assets to use on websites and social media platforms

- Manage all aspects of various social media platforms

- Develop subject matter expertise and take ownership of daily business administration

- Create weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance. Present the data and suggest improvement opportunities to discuss and brainstorm

- Any other responsibilities as they arise

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies preferred

- 0 to 3 years in relevant professional experience

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory, etc.

- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English

3. Videographer/Photographer (경력 3년+, 1명)

Responsibilities:

- Shoot & edit photos and videos of guinea pigs, other pets, and pet products for various social media, website, and other platforms

- Constantly collaborate with Marketing & Creative Teams

- Any other relevant responsibilities as they arise

 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional Filming and Photography experience

- Must have your own Camera

- Must be familiar with all the following social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro) on Windows Devices

- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English

- Must be eligible to work in the USA

Responsibilities:

- Research, learn and find best solutions in the most efficient manner 

- Maintain a calendar, schedule, or roadmap of various projects

- Ensure that all projects are completed within deadlines by planning the project, delegating responsibilities, assigning budgets and schedules, overseeing meetings, and any other means necessary

- Create reports and presentation to show the status of projects to the executives and stakeholders

- Any other responsibilities as they arise

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies preferred

- 0 to 3 years in relevant professional experience

- Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented

- Capable of working under extreme pressure

- Can multi-task without sacrificing accuracy or speed

- Always get things done and maintain patient demeanor

- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English

- Must be eligible to work in the USA

Responsibilities:

- Works closely with Marketing and Creative team to post social media posts on time on multiple platforms

- Regularly interact with the fans and customers to improve engagement

- Coordinate collaboration with partners, influencers and fans

- Create and maintain social media calendars and timelines

- Source and distribute all required creative assets to other key team members

- Track & report social media performance regularly
