- Drive overall execution of marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
- Monitor the competitive environment and share with others
- Work closely with local Operations counterparts to establish and execute successful marketing programs, including grand openings
- Communicate with Operations to identify business and marketing needs and develop immediate plans to improve sales
- Evaluate effectiveness and share results with Marketing and Operations
- Flexible working schedule.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years Marketing experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Korean & English.
- MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SNS Management, including Facebook, Google, Yelp, Instagram and Tiktok
- Ability to multi task under fast paced environment and pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong service oriented mindset.
- Restaurant / Food and Beverage Industry experience preferred
