Universal Banker (Full Time) – Gardena, Buena Park, Koreatown

Universal Banker (Part-Time) – Koreatown, Santa Clara

The Universal Banker will be responsible for conducting client and bank transactions with accuracy, speed, efficiency, and professionalism standards. Responsible for consistently providing excellent client service and to cross-sell bank products and services and to generate referrals as appropriate.  Employees in this position may be progressively cross trained in new account processes as deemed appropriate by the Service Manager and in conjunction with the sales and service needs of the branch. 

  • Minimum one year of experience in bank operations preferred.

  • Cash handling experience in a bank or retail setting preferred.

  • Ability to follow precise directions and learn banking equipment and software quickly.

  • Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.

  • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.

  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.  

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

 

Business Development Manager (Branch) – Los Angeles

The Business Development Manager is responsible for marketing products and services to new and existing relationships with the Bank, developing marketing plans, maintaining pipeline of clients, and visiting existing and targeted businesses.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum seven year of experience in banking, lending, and/or marketing/sales required.

  • Good understanding of all required documents needed for opening new accounts.

  • General knowledge of lending and deposit regulations and laws.

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

 

Floating Specialist (Operations Admin) – Los Angeles/OC

The Floating Specialist will assist the Operations Admin Officer in handling daily operations workflow and operations support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction.  Responsible to perform a supporting role between branches and Operations Administration (Ops Admin) to provide efficient and effective service/support to internal and external customers and ensure that operational quality control is in place.  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the branch environment as a teller, new accounts representative, or supervisor preferred.

  • Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in operations functions.

  • Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. 

  • Knowledge of deposit operations, regulations, banking laws and accounting practices is required to provide guidance to branch staff.

  • Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Accounts Payable Specialist – Downtown, LA

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for assisting the day-to-day accounting payable related activities, such as filing, data entry and preparing reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Minimum one year of accounting related or banking experience preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to retain broad knowledge of facilities and accounts payable tasks.

  • Ability to accurately type and input data.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Officer - Downtown, LA

 

The Financial Reporting & Analysis Officer is primarily responsible for managing the preparation and analysis of publicly available financial reports.  

 

  • Minimum five years of FP&A experience in banking required.

  • Strong analytical capacity to draw insights from large data.

  • Great attention to detail in building and supporting financial models.

  • Excellent presentation skill to effectively convey complex ideas.

 

MIS Specialist - Downtown, LA

The Management Information System (MIS) Specialist provides end users with information by designing methods to collect and retrieve data; maximizes computer system capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information or Computer Information or related field or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.

CMS (Cash Management System) Specialist - Downtown, LA

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, human resources, organizational development, or related field or HR SPHR/PHR certifications and/or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum three years of experience in human resources or in a related area required.

  • Direct experience with HR systems, benefit vendors, and other consultants in the industry.
