Restaurant & Retail General Manager 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train all retail store and restaurant staff

  • Schedule employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring stocking, implementing purchasing plans, and maintain contact with supplier to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals

  • Streamline working processes to improve the guest experience

  • Enforce food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety

  • Promote the restaurant/retail store and implement strategies to ensure business growth

  • Maintain positive customer relationships, process complaints, and respond to customer needs

  • Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales, inventory, and staff attendance reports

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, company policies and procedures

  • Conduct departmental meetings with the F&B Staff according to property standards

  • Review staff's worked hours for payroll compilation and submit to Human Resources in a timely manner 

  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage and retail store work areas

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on food and beverages, including 3+ years’ experience at the management level

  • A culinary or food service management degree is a plus

  • Retail store management experience preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant and retail store management software

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to forecast food & beverage and other inventory needs

  • Experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning

  • Supervisory, scheduling, training, and coaching skills

  • Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions

  • Experience in food purchasing, food costs, and inventory control

  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports

  • Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food

  • Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving

  • Exceptional business etiquette and client relations

  • Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines

  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred

 

 

Associate Brand Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of brand marketing objectives, strategies, programs and tactics for wine brands

  • Assist in launching the website, online store and shipping program  

  • Manage all vendor relations, negotiate prices, set up contracts, and ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Coordinate during bottling by organizing supplies and keeping track of cases bottled. 

  • Ensure and initiate all tasks regarding brand/product management including inventory control.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience 

  • Experience with wine brand a plus 

  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License

  • Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred 

 

Property and Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the property management and investment strategies, the delivery of capital investment projects 

  • Responsible for delivering our new real estate development projects in Southern California as well as planning maintenance programs

  • Conduct the management of contract related work and associated procedures as well as budget and financial management

  • Ensure detailed implementation plans are developed and updated

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in related field

  • 5+ years in property and development management

  • A relevant qualification related to Property Maintenance, Managing Safety, Building Construction is a plus.

  • Substantial experience of working in the field of real estate asset management at a manager level

  • An understanding of all relevant legislation, which impacts on buildings standards

  • A proven track record of partnership working

  • Strong people, team and change management skills

  • Time-management skills

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred

 

Accounting Manager 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and complete accounting books and records; including but not limited to accounts payable (“Payments”), accounts receivable (“AR”), inventory accounts; managing AR collections/aging, on-time Payment processing, inventory reconciliation, etc. 

  • Assist with monthly closing of accounting records at the end of each month and prepare/analyze income statement/budget to actual comparison, balance sheet and monthly statement of cash flows.

  • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation and improvement of accounting and accounting control procedures.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Business or Finance preferred

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting or the equivalent 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly in Korean

  • Experience in SAP or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

  • High IT literacy, preferred

  • Strong, self-motivated team player 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment


 

Artist Merch Product Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, prepare, and present new products along with in-depth market research related to our business

  • Ensure the development and execution of product projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved

  • Prioritize, evaluate, and build roadmaps for new product releases

  • Work with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and order large volumes

  • Collaborate with executives, marketers, and salespeople to set prices that are good for the market and profit

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about new product features and capabilities

  • Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation, assigning appropriate resources to each project, and providing direction and counsel as needed

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences in related field

  • 3+ years in creative specialist or a related field

  • Ability to create visual assets using original ideas while staying within our brand standards

  • Ability to work and create with limited information and resources

  • Working knowledge of design and production

  • Excellent communication and follow through skills

  • Time-management skills

  • Strong knowledge of the music business preferred

  • Bilingual – English/Korean

 

Artist Merch Product Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new merch and implement modifications to existing merchandises

  • Design products including new and existing products, and create visual elements such as images, logos, catalogues, and illustrations

  • Develop and execute product packaging and related components

  • Maintain brand standards and specifications on all printed material while working collaboratively with licensor companies to evolve the US market-oriented design

  • Work on graphic design projects, illustration, and animation for our e-Commerce channel

  • Responsible for coming up with new merch designs that meet the needs and wants of consumers

  • Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners

  • Sketch drafts on paper or digitally

 

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences in related field

  • 2+ years in product/package design or a related field

  • 1+ years in web site design or a related field is a plus

  • Proven experience with design, with a strong portfolio of work 

  • Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques

  • Experience with design programs (Illustrator, Sketch, etc.)

  • Time-management skills

  • Strong knowledge of the music business preferred 

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred

 

Receptionist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort him or her to the appropriate location

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments

  • Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items

  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

  • Keep a safe and clean all areas of the office by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Perform administrative & clerical support tasks and basic filing & recordkeeping

  • Perform other assigned duties

 

Skills and Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experiences in related field is a plus but not required

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills

  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and Korean preferred
