ADA 소송을 당하신것으로 보여지네요.  ADA소송의 대부분은 Federal District Court 즉 연방법원에 Americans with Disabilities Act, California Unruh Civil Right Act, California Health & Safety Code그리고 Negligence등을 주장하며 damages을 요구하는데요.  연방소송은 답변서를 21일 안에  법원에 제출하여야 하니 바로 변호사를 선임하시어 대처 하셔야 합니다.  입구, 매장안 그리고 주차장등의 access문제를 주장하는데요  바로 ADA Access Specialist를 hire하시어 의견을 받아보아야 합니다.  도움이 되셨으면 합니다.
